The photograph contained hidden coordinates.
They led to an abandoned estate outside Chicago.
Beneath an old frozen lake...
Damian discovered a steel door.
Inside lay the final archive.
Boxes labeled:
Cross.
Hart.
Project Eve.
Government Clearance.
Top Secret.
One recording began playing automatically.
An old man's voice echoed through the darkness.
"If you're watching this..."
"...then Alexander Cross was never the real architect."
Damian and Evelyn looked at each other.
The screen flickered.
A shadow stepped into frame.
The face became visible.
Evelyn stopped breathing.
"No..."
It was someone they had buried twenty years ago.
The recording ended.
The steel door slowly locked behind them.
And somewhere in the darkness...
