The appointment was covered extensively across national news networks, cementing my role not just as an academic theorist, but as a driving force behind federal economic policy reform.
When the news broke across television screens nationwide, Uncle Arthur called me immediately, his voice practically vibrating with joy. "Did you see the ticker tape on CNN just now, Professor?" Arthur beamed. "They called you 'the nation's foremost architect of labor equity.' Your grandfather would have needed a megaphone to shout his pride across the entire state of Ohio!"
